⏱️ What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice?

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 2-3 business days.
Notify the user who posted the content (if we have their contact information).
Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification (if applicable).

🔄 Counter-Notification Procedure

If your material was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:

Your physical/electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its previous location (URL).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Your name, address, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (or where aktupapers.com is located).

Send counter-notices to the same email: dmca@aktupapers.com. After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material.
